Dr. Udaya Kumar is currently a Professor in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at SVS Institute of Dental Sciences, Mahabubnagar. He completed his BDS and MDS from the esteemed Government Dental College & Hospital, Chennai in 1988 and 1991 respectively. He is a passionate Endodontist and handling complex root canal anatomies aided by microscope is his forte. His research interests are chiefly centered on targeting the pathologic endodontic microbiota. Dr. Udaya Kumar has vast teaching experience of 30 years which includes 1 year of International teaching experience at University of West Indies, Jamaica. His impeccable clinical skills & teaching passion makes him a sought-after professor. He trains post graduate students in their clinical work and dissertations. He published --- articles in various journals of national and international repute and was an invited guest speaker at several conferences. He has been an undergraduate and post graduate examiner for various universities.
