Dr. A. Kaladhar Reddy is currently a Professor in the Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at SVS Institute of Dental Sciences. He completed his BDS in 1995 from Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai and MDS in 1999 from Saveetha Dental College, Chennai. He was awarded the prestigious ‘Diplomate of Indian Board of Orthodontics’ in 2013. His unquenching thirst for knowledge led him to achieve the ultimate milestone, the PhD in 2020 from Pacific University, Rajasthan. He served as the past Head of the Department of Orthodontics during which active research was carried out in various aspects of Orthodontics. During his vast teaching experience of 20 years which includes 2 years of International teaching experience at Al-Jouf University, Saudi Arabia; Dr. Kaladhar Reddy ably trained numerous undergraduates and post graduates who are successful practitioners across the globe. He trains both undergraduates and post graduate students in their clinical work and dissertations. He published 25 articles in various national and international journals and delivered guest lectures in several conferences. He has been an undergraduate and post graduate examiner for various universities and also served as Inspector for Dental Council of India.
